php33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements — or to provide accurate information upon request — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated Balance.

To access the Services offered by php33, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and KYC verification:

3.1 Registration Requirements. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Person. You may hold only one (1) Account on the php33 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different details — are strictly prohibited. php33 uses identity verification technology to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, and any associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3.3 KYC Verification. php33 is required by PAGCOR and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• One (1) valid government-issued Philippine photo identification (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence not older than three months);

4.3 Account Sharing. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person, permit any other person to use your Account, or use another person's Account to access php33 Services.

4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. php33 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their Account security settings. php33 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. php33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels:

5.2 Currency. All transactions on php33 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates with any applicable conversion fees borne by the Player.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. 6.5 One Account, One Bonus. Each php33 promotion may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. php33 employs technical controls to identify and prevent duplicate bonus claims.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the php33 platform is governed by its own specific rules provided by the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules of each game before placing wagers. php33 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the rules of a game they have chosen to play.

7.2 Certified Technology. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Credits, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;

9.1 php33 Content. 9.2 Limited License. php33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any php33 content.

9.3 Game Provider Content. Games available on php33 are provided under license from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in those games remain vested in the respective providers. 12.1 Suspension by php33. php33 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect or determine:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Underage gambling or false age declaration;
• Breach of PAGCOR licensing conditions;
• Multiple Account creation;
• Ongoing KYC or AML investigations;
• Technical security concerns affecting the integrity of the platform.

12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting php33 Customer Support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. Bonus Credits, VIP points, and any unredeemed promotional rewards are forfeited. Real-money Balance — subject to the conditions in clause 12.2 — will be returned.

13.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If you are not satisfied with php33's internal resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the supervising regulatory authority. PAGCOR's decisions regarding licensed operators are binding and final.

13.4 php33's Decision. In matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and platform interpretation of these Terms, php33's decision shall be final and binding, subject to PAGCOR oversight and applicable Philippine law.

php33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://php33.club/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering with php33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

php33's data handling practices comply with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR data governance requirements. Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of php33's Services. php33 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

15.1 Right to Amend. php33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in PAGCOR licensing requirements, applicable Philippine law, or operational policy.

15.2 Notice of Changes. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via Account notification, email, or prominent notice on the php33 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by regulatory order or for urgent security reasons.

15.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the php33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account in accordance with clause 12.2.

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and your use of the php33 platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

16.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the php33 platform, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.
